Hong Kong has recently welcomed its first wave of pet-friendly restaurants, much to the delight of dog owners eager to dine with their furry friends. However, the experience has not been entirely positive for everyone.
Many pet owners have reported facing restrictive rules that limit their dining experience. Some have expressed frustration over the confusion among restaurant staff regarding these rules, leading to misunderstandings during visits.
Additionally, the physical space in these establishments has proven to be a challenge. One owner noted that only half of her pet stroller could fit inside, highlighting the limitations that can impact the comfort of both pets and their owners.
